Initial Contact
Contact us to let us know which models you would like to decorate.
Minimum Quantity
To carry out the hand decoration, we require a minimum order of 50 pieces in total.
Design References
The images we share on our social media are only references and inspirations. We invite you to send us your ideal design, and we will confirm if it can be realized.
Glaze Colors
Please note that the glaze colors we use for hand painting are different from the colors of the dinnerware. We will make a proposal based on your idea.
Delivery Time
The delivery time for the decorated dinnerware is an additional 4 weeks on top of the normal time. In total, the process may take up to 12 weeks.
Design Sample
If you would like to see a sample of your design before placing a bulk order, keep in mind that once paid, the wait will be the same, whether for 1 or 100 pieces.
Price Quote
The price for each model is calculated based on the time it takes the artisan to paint each piece. A simple design will not have the same cost as a fully decorated plate with dots.
Uniqueness of Each Piece
Each piece is handmade, so it is normal for your design not to match the final result perfectly. The artisan's skill gives each piece a special touch, making it unique.
